Smoke buddy how does it work

For the benefit of both smokers and non-smokers alike, Smokebuddy has created the first truly personal air filter. The simplicity of the design is what makes it so brilliant; rather than filtering an entire room or area, Smokebuddy personal filters purify the air exhaled directly through the filter.

The Activated Carbon core is combined with Ceramic Bead technology to filter away contaminants while removing smoke and odors. There are no batteries or filters to replace, no apps to download, no assembly instructions; the only complexity you'll face is getting it out of the box. Smokebuddy purifiers come in Junior, Original and Mega forms, the difference being the size and the lifespan of the filter.

The "Original" and best-selling is great for dorm rooms, automobiles, travel and more, with a lifespan exceeding uses. Download Article Explore this Article parts.

Moisten a paper towel with clean water. Turn on a faucet and dampen a paper towel very lightly. Avoid using a paper towel that is sopping wet. Baby wipes are okay to use, but avoid using alcohol-based products. Wipe the inside of the Smoke Buddy. Move the paper towel to clean off the inner portion of the plastic. Clean the outside with a moist towel. Drag the paper towel out of the Smoke Buddy.

Use it again or get another towel to clean the outer portion. Wipe the towel over the plastic to remove any lingering debris. Dry off the Smoke Buddy in open air. You can use a dry towel to absorb most of the moisture. Absorb as much moisture as you can, then let the Smoke Buddy sit in open air until you need it again.

Part 2. Leave the caps off after using the Smoke Buddy. It has a more ergonomic design than the Smoke Buddy, with equal heft for real bong rips. For day one of frequent use, it worked like a dream.

The rubber mouthpiece is a little off-putting, but it makes a quick, clean seal every exhale. Following my bedtime bowl that night, however, I left it standing upright with the exhaust end of the filter facing down. The following morning, it was like it was sealed shut. I couldn't blow any air through it whatsoever. This might have been a user error, and I recommend storing all filters on their sides.

It did loosen up after a few days, but it continued to get blocked easily after a sesh or two. Whether or not I was ultimately responsible for ruining the Smoke Trap, I had to try something else. And I am very glad I did, because this filter checks all the boxes—and happens to look way better doing it. This is the latest iteration of Sploofy filters, having just dropped in March , with a very sleek, rounded look, all in black matte. The outer casing is plastic, but the replaceable filter—the HEPA-grade filter!

So far, the performance is flawless no matter the volume of smoke. It also happens to be the most aesthetically pleasing, with a subtle shape that doesn't look out of place on a desk or bookshelf—almost like an unassuming little Bluetooth speaker keeping your rental lease on solid ground.
